As an Arizona native, Nicole has the experience and knowledge to assist you in locating your next home and selling your current home. Nicole went to college at the University of Arizona on a Regent's scholarship where she achieved many awards including the U of A Tradition of Excellence Award and was listed on the University of Arizona Dean's list. Nicole worked over 40 hours a week while attending U of A and volunteered at several organizations such as the Ronald McDonald House and The University Medical Center.

Nicole has grown up in the housing profession. Her father owns a construction business and always educated her on property value and quality built homes. Nicole earned her real estate license while still in college and began selling homes as soon as she graduated in 2002. Nicole began her career working 12+ hour days with a real estate mentor. After shadowing and transacting for 6 months, Nicole built up the experience and clientele to branch off on her own, and has recently launched her own company, Posh Properties.

Nicole has participated in over 275 transactions in her first 5 years of business. Nicole has always believed that if you work harder than everyone else you will be successful. This has been true for Nicole as she has structured her career based on working hard and providing the highest level of customer service and professional performance.  Nicole still works 12+ hour days because she cares about her clients and strives to be their REALTOR® of choice.
